As occurs every October 1 there are additions and deletions to the ICD10 code set.
This year is had very minor updates and changes related to chiropractic coding and claims. There is a new code for vertigo that allows a simpler code set. Also for providers who do foot orthosis there are several new codes for congenital foot issues that now allow coding to differentiate left and right.
This list compromises the codes most likely to affect chiropraxtic claims. As always The HJ Ross Digital Coding allows you to search for updates via a keyword search 10-1-2019 for this year, which corresponds to the effective date of the new code.
