Q: How does the
H.J. Ross Company get paid?
A: The H.J. Ross Company is paid on a percentage of the
collections. We do not get paid until the doctor gets
paid.
Q: Will our
office be given an individual billing representative
that will work with us?
A: Each office will be given a billing representative
that will work with your office. We do have a system in
place that allows for back up from other billers when
your biller is out of the office.
Q: Does the H.J.
Ross Company out source the billing?
A: The H.J. Ross Company employs all of its billing
representatives. All of our employees work out of our
corporate office. This allows us to train/supervise all
of our billers and ensures that they are following the
H.J. Ross Company Billing Protocols.
Q: Can the H.J.
Ross Company help my office with our Work Comp Billing?
A: Yes, the H.J. Ross Company can help your office with
workers compensation, and has many useful tools that can
help doctor’s offices work more efficiently in the W/C
system.
Q: Can you help
us with our back billing?
A: Yes, we will begin with making sure you are staying
current with you current billing and we will work our
way backwards with your back billing.
Q: How quickly
can we get started with the H.J. Ross Company Billing?
A: We have a system that allows us to take on a doctor
immediately. We are able to begin billing for a doctor’s
office as quickly as the office gets us the necessary
information.

contract is required to get started?
A: We do not require a contract; we do have a service
agreement that lays out what is required from the doctor
and the H.J. Ross Company.

Q: Are there any
set up fees?
A: We do not require any set up fees.
Q: How will my
office get our information to you?
A: We have the ability to accept information via fax,
email or mail. Most offices prefer to fax information on
a daily basis.
Q: How should my
office communicate what services have been rendered?
A: Some offices have a manual system, they use a master
charge slip and circle the procedures that have provided
on that date of service. Some offices use the reports
from their software program to get us the information we
need.
Q: Can we bill
Medicare on our own?
A: One of the few requirements that the H.J. Ross
Company has, is that we handle all of your offices
insurance billing including W/C, PI, general insurance,
HMOs, Medicare etc.
Q: How often do
you send out billing?
A: We bill on a daily basis and recommend that offices
send us information daily in order to get your claims
out on a daily basis.
Q: Will the H.J.
Ross Company provide us with templates for the
information that we need to submit?
A: Yes, we have created many useful tools for the
doctors that sign up for our services. |
