We have our first update to the program! We have included some of the recently published Security Regulations! We want you to have the latest version before you start, (or, even if you have already started and need a new activation code), click the "Upgrade" link at the bottom of this page. Click "Open" or "Run" when prompted (do not download this file, it's easier this way.) It will take a moment to open, Click "EXTRACT" and it will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file, say "YES". (If you have already started using the program, this upgrade will not change your previous work or data.)

Start Interactive HIPAA from your start/programs menu not your shortcut, and when it asks if you want to update the version say "Yes". This should fix your problem permanently. Unfortunately, you will need a new activation code for this update. Just email the key code that comes up on your computer when you get to the licensing screen and we will email back your new activation code immediately. Everybody loves the program after they are up and running, hope you do too.
